Description: Albimonas pacifica,isolated from seawater of the Pacific.Cells of the type strain are Gram-stain-negative, aerobic and non-flagellated rods (2.0-4.0µm in length and (0.8-1.2µm in width). Colonies grown on TYS marine agar at 30℃ for 3 days are round (0.8-1.2 mm in diameter), not pigmented and convex. The type strain grows at 10-40℃.
