Colonies grown on YMA medium are white, translucent, circular, convex,1 mm in diameter after 7 days of incubation at 28 uC.Can grow in YMA in the presence of 1 % (w/v) NaCl. The pH range for growth is pH 5–8 and the optimum is pH 7.0. |
