BRADYRHIZOBIUM FERRILIGNI

Class: Alpha Proteobacteria
Genus: Bradyrhizobium
Species: Bradyrhizobium ferriligni
Description: Bradyrhizobium ferriligni,Cells are Gram-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming rods,0.35–0.55×0.75–1.55µm . Colonies grown on YMA medium are white, translucent, circular, convex,1 mm in diameter after 7 days of incubation at 28uC. Can grow in YMA in the presence of 1 % (w/v) NaCl. The pH range for growth is pH 5–8 and the optimum is pH 7.0.Growth occurs at 4–45uC and the optimum is 28℃.
