| Description: | Bradyrhizobium ganzhouense,isolated from root nodules of Acacia melanoxylon grown in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi Province, China.Cells are Gram-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming rods,1.29–3.32µm long and 0.50–0.60µm wide. Colonies are circular, convex and translucent, 1–2 mm in diameter within 7 days of growth at 28℃on YMA medium. Grows at pH 5–12, with optimum growth at pH 7.0. |
