| Description: | Bradyrhizobium lablabi,isolated from effective nodules of Lablab purpureus and Arachis hypogaea.Cells are Gram-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming rods.Colonies on YMA medium are circular, convex and translucent and have a diameter of 1 mm after incubation for 7–10 days at 28℃. The generation time is 10–12 h in YM broth. The pH range for growth is 5–10, with optimum growth at pH 7.0. |
