| Description: | Brevundimonas viscosa,isolated from saline soil.Cells are Gram-negative, aerobic rods (0.4–0.×0.9–2.5µm).Motile by means of a single polar flagellum. Colonies on TSAare circular, smooth, slightly convex, white and 1–2 mm in diameter after 3 days of incubation at 30℃. Grows at 10–36℃(optimum 28–30℃), with 0–3 % (w/v) NaCl(optimum 0 %) and at pH 5.5–11.0 (optimum pH 7.0–8.0). |
