HYPHOMONAS ROSENBERGII

Class: Alpha Proteobacteria
Genus: Hyphomonas
Species: Hyphomonas rosenbergii
Description: Hyphomonas rosenbergii,The main body of the mother cell is prolate spheroid, approximately 1µm in diameter and has one prosthecum 0-2m wide1µm long. Buds are motileby a single fagellum. Synthesizes a capsule that surrounds the entire cell at all growth stages and apolar holdfast that is temporally synthesized. Gram-negative. Not acid-fast. No endospores. Aerobic.Colonies are round, convex and approximately 1.5µm in diameter after 3 d at 37℃ on marine agar.
