Description: Jannaschia pohangensis,Cells are Gram-negative, strictly aerobic rods, approximately0.7–1.0µm wide and 1.5–2.0µm long. Motile (one or morepolar flagella). Colonies are light brown, non-pigmented,circular and convex with clear margins. Grows at 5–35℃(optimally at 30℃) and pH 6–9 (optimally at pH 7).Growth occurs at NaCl concentrations up to 8.4 %.
