| Description: | Mesorhizobium erdmanii,Gram-stain-negative, aerobic rods. Colonies on YMA are white, circular and convex with a diameter of 1–2 mm within 4–5 days at 28℃. Grows from 10℃ to 34℃and optimally at 28℃. The pH range for growth is pH 5 to 8 with optimum growth at pH 7. |
