| Description: | Mesorhizobium sangaii,isolated from the root nodules of Astragalus luteolus and Astragalus ernestii.Cells are Gram-negative, aerobic, motile, non-spore-forming rods, 0.3–0.6µm wide by 1–3µm long. Colonies on YMA medium are circular convex,white,opaque,cream-coloured and usually have a diameter of 1–2 mm within 5–7 days at 28℃. |
