Description: Mesorhizobium tarimense,Gram-negative, aerobic, non-spore-forming rods that are 0.3–0.6µm wide by 1–3µm long. Colonies on YMA medium are circular, convex, white, opaque and usually have a diameter of 1–2 mm after 5–9 days growth at 28℃.The optimum growth temperature is 25–30℃ and no growth occurs at 10℃ or 37℃.
