| Description: | Ochrobactrum grignonense,Cells are Gram-negative (aminopeptidase-positive),aerobic (oxidase- and catalase-positive), pleomorphic short rods (0.6-1.2̈×0.4µm) and highly motile bysubpolar or peritrichous Øagella. Grows between 4 and40℃ (optimum 30℃) and between pH values of 3 and 9 (optimum pH 6±7). Colonies are circular,isolated, entire, low convex, smooth, milky-opaqueand about 1 mm in diameter after incubation for24 h on NA. No colony pigment development was observed. |
