| Description: | Pseudochrobactrum kiredjianiae,Beige, translucent and shiny colonies with entire edges form within 24 h, with a diameter of approximately 2 mm. Quinone system is ubiquinoneQ-10 (99 %) and Q-9 (1 %). The polar lipid profile consists of the major components phosphatidylethanolamine,phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylcholine, moderate amounts of phosphatidylmonomethylethanolamine and unknown aminolipid AL1 and trace amounts of three unknown lipids. |
