| Description: | Cells are Gram-negative, straight, motile rods with a polar flagellum, 1.2–2.2μm long and 0.5–1.0μm wide. Colonies on TSA are 3–4 mm in diameter, translucent to opaque,circular and beige in colour after 48 h at 25°C. Growth occurs at 4–37°C, but not at 40.5°C; optimal growth occurs at 25–30°C. |
