Description: Cells are Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic, catalase-positive and oxidase-negative, motile short rods. Cells are 0.6x1.3–1.5μm in size. Colonies are milk-white, circular with entire margins, smooth and approximately 1–1.2μm in diameter after incubation for 2 days at 30°C on TSA plates. Growth occurs 4–41°C and the optimum growth temperature is 30°C.
