| Description: | Gram-negative, aerobic, non-motile, rod-shaped cells.Colonies on R2A agar plates are smooth, circular,transparent and yellow in colour within 5 days at 30°C.Optimal growth occurs at 30°C and pH 6.8–7.5. It does not grow anaerobically. Has β-glucosidase activity. |
