| Description: | Facultatively anaerobic, Gram-negative, rod-shaped (1.5μm long and 0.5μm wide), non-motile, oxidase-negative and catalase-positive. Colonies on TSA medium are circular,opaque with a cream colour, smooth and convex. Growth occurs at temperatures between 4 and 37°C, 0–5 % (w/v)NaCl and pH 5–9. |
