Description: Cells spiral shaped,0.5-0.6 μm wide and depending on cellular conditions,2.5-8.0 μm long.Cell suspension is pale green to gooseberry-green,dense population with a brownish tinge.Obligatory phototrophic and strictly anaerobic.
