| Description: | Cells are Gram-reaction-negative, aerobic, non-motile,non-spore-forming and rod-shaped (0.3–0.4μm in diameter and 1.0–1.5μm in length). Colonies grown on R2A agar for 2 days are 0.5–2 mm in diameter, smooth, circular,convex, translucent and yellow–orange turning dark orange after incubation for 48 h at 30°C. |
