LYSOBACTER NOVALIS

Class: Gamma Proteobacteria
Genus: Lysobacter
Species: Lysobacter novalis
Description: Cells are Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, gliding and rod-shaped. Cell size is approximately 1.0–1.5μm long 0.5–0.8μm wide. Colonies on R2A agar are yellow, round, smooth, convex and have a diameter of 1–2 mm. Cells grow at 18–37°C (optimum 25–35°C), at pH 6.0–7.5 (optimum pH 7.0) and at 0–1.0 % (w/v) NaCl (optimum 0 % NaCl)
