Description: Cells are Gram-stain-negative and rod- or ovoid-shaped,approximately 0.4–0.8μm in width and 0.7–8.0μm in length. Motile by means of a single polar flagellum.Colonies on MA are circular, slightly convex, smooth,glistening, yellowish-white and 1.0–2.0 mm in diameter after incubation for 2 days at 30°C.
