MICROBULBIFER GWANGYANGENSIS

Class: Gamma Proteobacteria
Genus: Microbulbifer
Species: Microbulbifer gwangyangensis
Description: Cells are Gram-stain-negative, chemoheterotrophic, obligately aerobic, non-spore-forming and non-motile rods 0.3–0.4μm wide and 4.0–6.0μm long. Resting coccoid cells, 0.8–1.1μm in diameter, are observed. Colonies on MA are ivory-coloured, circular and convex with slightly irregular edges.
