| Description: | Gram-negative, non-motile, non-spore-forming rods, 0.3–0.5 x 1.2–3.0μm. In microscopic examinations, numerous vesicles are observed. Gram-staining reaction is negative.Colonies are smooth, circular, slightly irregular, flat with erose margins, greyish-yellow in colour and 2.0–4.0mm in diameter after 3 days cultivation at 37°C on MA. Optimal growth temperature is 37°C. |
