Description: Gram-negative, oxidase- and catalase-positive and facultatively anaerobic. Colonies on MA are circular, smooth,convex with entire margins, slightly cream-coloured and approximately 3 mm in diameter after 3 days at 30°C.Cells are motile by means of a polar flagellum, are oval or rod-shaped and 0.8–1.2 x 1.3–2.0μm in size. Spores are not formed.
