| Class: | Gamma Proteobacteria |
| Genus: | Pseudomonas |
| Species: | Pseudomonas yamanorum |
| Description: | Gram-negative, aerobic, straight rods (0.40–0.45 x 1.3–1.8μm), occurring singly and in pairs, non-spore-forming and motile by two polar flagella. After 48 h of incubation at 25°C on LB agar, colonies are 1.5–2.5 mm in diameter, greenish and mucoid with irregular edges. Growth occurs at 4–35°C with an optimum at 28°C, and at pH 4.0–9.5.
