PSEUDOMONAS ZHAODONGENSIS

Description: Cells are rod-shaped, Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, 1.9–2.0μm long and 0.6–0.8μm wide, and motile with one polar flagellum. Colonies are yellow–orange with a smooth surface after 48 h at 28°C. Growth occurs at 20–40°C(optimum 28°C), at pH 7–11 (optimum pH 7) and in the presence of 0–5 % (w/v) NaCl (optimum 0 %).
