PSEUDOXANTHOMONAS WUYUANENSIS
| Class: | Gamma Proteobacteria |
| Genus: | Pseudoxanthomonas |
| Species: | Pseudoxanthomonas wuyuanensis |
| Description: | Adjective wuyuanensis of Wuyuan, where the type strain was isolated.Cells are Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, motile rods(2.00x0.65μm) with a single polar flagellum. Colonies on TSA are circular, convex, sticky, glistening and dark yellow and 1.5–2.5 mm in diameter after 3 days of incubation at 35°C.Optimal growth occurs at 35–37°C,pH 6.0–7.0 and in the presence of 0.5 % (w/v) NaCl. |
