Description: Cells are 1.0μm wide and 1.5–2.5μm long Gram-reaction-negative peritrichously flagellated, coccoid to rod-shaped and occur singly or in pairs. They are weakly oxidase-positive, catalase-positive and facultatively anaerobic.
