Description: Cells are Gram-reaction-negative, non-motile, aerobic rods that are 1.0–1.5x0.5–0.8μm in size after growth on R2A agar plates (Difco) at 25°C for 3 days. Colonies on R2A agar plates after 2 days are yellow, glossy and circular.
