Description: Vibrio gigantis was isolated on tryptone soy agar(TSA,Oxoid) containing 2% NaCl and incubated at 20°C for 48 hr.Colonies are translucent,non-swarming,round and entire.On TCBS,colonies are 5mm and yellow.
