| Description: | Cells are Gram-stain-negative, lightly curved rods(1.4μm x 0.6μm) and non-motile. Colonies on BHI are circular, convex, with a uniform edge, mucoid and white to cream with a diameter of 2–3 mm after incubation at 37°C for 24 h. Colonies on TCBS are circular,convex, with a uniform edge,mucoid and yellow with a diameter of 4 mm after incubation at 37°C for 24 h. |
