Description: Motility by a single,sheathed,polar flagellum.All the original strains were reported to be bioluminescent,but this property is apparently lost after storage and subculture.Differentiated from other bioluminescent Vibrio species because it accumulates poly-beta-hydroxybutyrate and grows at 4°C.
