VIBRIO TAPETIS

Class: Gamma Proteobacteria
Genus: Vibrio
Species: Vibrio tapetis
Description: cells are gram- negative coccobacilli (1.0 to 1.5 by 0.5 μm) motile by means of one polar flagellum. Grows on marine agar (Difco) and tryptone soya agar (Oxoid) containing 2% NaCl.
