Description Citrobacter diversus is a Gram-negative, nonspore-forming bacillus. It is a facultative anaerobe capable of aerobic respiration. It is motile via peritrichous flagella.C. Diversus may act as an opportunistic pathogen in a variety of human infections

Habitat/Source It is found in the soil, air, water.
Pathogenicity They can very rarely cause urinary tract infections.
